Friday, November 20 – Lights On!
6:00 PM in Historic Downtown Bryan
Be there as the holiday spirit comes to life in Historic Downtown Bryan!
Destination Bryan will kick off the holiday season in Bryan with the annual Lights On! While the event will look different this year, the thousands of lights along Main St. and Bryan Ave. will still turn on to illuminate picturesque Downtown Bryan.
This free, family-friendly event will include holiday photo backdrop stations, live music at the Palace Theater, a countdown to thousands of lights flipping on, and more. Stay tuned for more details on Facebook!
Tuesday, December 1 – The Local
4:00PM – 7:00PM at Lake Walk
Don’t just shop local this holiday season… Shop The Local! Lake Walk’s seasonal artisan market, The Local, features an array of artisans, farmers, producers, and crafters from across the Brazos Valley. From fresh foods such as bread and honey, to homemade soaps and handcrafted jewelry, The Local features a variety of vendors week-to-week. Friday, December 4 – First Friday
All Day in Historic Downtown Bryan
First Friday is a family-friendly event featuring live music, art, activities, and a wide variety of shopping and dining options throughout Historic Downtown Bryan. While it’s a monthly tradition, First Friday gets a lot more merry every December! Explore the streets of Downtown, support local businesses, and enjoy an evening of good cheer under thousands of lights!
Members of the Brazos Valley Farmers’ Market will be set up along Main St. between 26th St. and 28th St. from 5:00PM – 9:00PM.
Bryan High School’s Theater Department will be performing their holiday radio play at the Palace Theater.
Downtown businesses will stay open late, and even more activities will be announced soon. Check back often for updates here.
Tuesday, December 8 – The Local: Holiday Edition
4:00PM – 7:00PM at Lake Walk
The final week of The Local this season will be decked out for the holidays and merrier than ever! Make sure you’re there for delicious bites, festive fun, and even more holiday shopping from local artisans.

6:00PM in Historic Downtown Bryan
Join us in Historic Downtown Bryan for an evening of lights and holiday cheer on Friday, December 11 starting at 6:00 PM. Stroll through Downtown and view parade floats parked along the streets, festive window displays in businesses, thousands of lights and more!

Explore the magic of the season throughout town with the Bryan Holiday Lights Map! The map will feature both businesses and residences decorated for the season all over Bryan. Grab some hot cocoa, hop in the car, put on some holiday tunes, and take the whole family around for some holiday cheer.

November 20 – December 14 – Drop off your letter to Santa!
Special mailboxes for express delivery to the North Pole will be set up at 3 locations throughout Bryan from November 20 to December 14! We heard a rumor from one of Santa’s elves that if you drop off your letter to Santa during this time free, he’ll make sure to write you back.
These mailboxes will be located at the Carnegie History Center, Lake Walk, and 1 more location to be announced very soon!
