JOHN FRIEBELE, CSEE, TDM
John serves as the government and community liaison and tourism industry advocate while overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the organization. As Executive Director, he looks to build partnerships that will bolster Bryan as a destination and lead to healthy and positive impacts through tourism. He also oversees the marketing, sales, and promotions strategies of the organization.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
With a background in the hotel industry and a drive to help showcase our local community, Morgan works towards connecting hotels to a wide array of groups to host their meetings and events in our community. The job doesn’t stop there, she also develops unique experience packages and offerings in order to create memorable experiences while visitors are here in Bryan – ensuring that they return for more!

Chris promotes all the best things to do, places to eat, and sights to see in Bryan via destinationbryan.com, our various social media channels, and in advertisements across the state. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Katelyn collaboratively works with business owners, community organizations, and locals to positively impact Bryan’s quality of place. As the Community Engagement Manager, she is responsible for managing and implementing community experiences and events such as First Friday, the Downtown Street and Art Fair, and Lights On. She’s also your go-to for all things in Downtown Bryan.
PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Abigail shares the stories of Bryan and it’s businesses and attractions to the media through press releases, interviews and website and social media content. As the PR & Communications Manager, she oversees the multiple newsletters telling locals and visitors about all of the incredible aspects of Bryan and communicates with the media on a consistent basis. She also coordinates bringing in travel writers and influencers from around the country to share Bryan’s stories.
