The Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair will take place in Historic Downtown Bryan.
Free street parking and garage parking will be available.

Free street parking is available in marked spaces outside street closure areas. The Roy Kelly Parking Garage also offers public parking for a small fee. The garage is located at 200 East 27th Street.
Street Closures:
• 26th Street from Main Street to Parker Avenue
• Bryan Avenue from 27th Street to William J. Bryan
These street closures will be in place from 4PM on Friday until 10PM on Saturday.

Towed Vehicles
Due to safety measures taken during our events, vehicles left in Downtown Bryan parking spots during special events involving street closures like Art Fair, are towed to the Municipal Parking Lot adjacent to the Bryan City Police Department.
