What is First Friday?
First Fridays are free, family-friendly evenings that feature live performances by local musicians all around Historic Downtown Bryan, business specials, interactive activities, art demonstrations, and so much more! Along Main Street, the Farmers' Market in Brazos County is set up to sell local goods and produce. Along 26th Street check out all the local artists sharing and selling their artwork and handmade goods with the community.
Originally started by members of the Downtown community looking to bring art, culture, music, and friends together, First Friday has been a Downtown Bryan tradition for more than 17 years!

Farmers’ Market in Brazos CountyThe Farmers' Market in Brazos County is a year-round market dedicated to supporting our region's farms by connecting consumers directly to local producers. This farmers' market is a staple that strengthens Bryan's urban-rural community bonds and educates visitors and locals alike on the benefits of eating and sourcing local products.
The market features an array of producers selling items like local honey, plants, jams, jellies, salsa, fresh produce, baked goods, handcrafted wares, and more. The offerings vary with the seasons, so you'll always find something new each visit!

During First Fridays our Downtown shops keep their doors open late and offer various specials and discounts! You might even find complimentary drinks & snacks while you shop inside the store.
