Fall is in the air at POV! They have a large fall coffee menu, featuring the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Butterbeer Americano. Other flavors include Caramel Apple, Maple Leaf, Pumpkin Patch, and the Nutty Professor. Plus, their large patio is a perfect place to soak in fall weather! If you want to stretch your legs, the walking trails at Lake Walk are just across the street.

Polite Coffee Roasters

Settle into a cozy atmosphere at Polite Coffee, located in the historic Kyle House. This late-1800s Victorian home was previously owned by Dr. Edwin Jackson Kyle, namesake of Kyle Field. There's plenty of rooms throughout the house (and a large patio) where you can curl up with one of the items on their fall coffee menu, featuring the Polite Spice Latte, Pecan Dream Latte, Maple Brown Sugar Latte, and White Spice Cold Brew. They also have a few non-coffee options, including the Apple "Chai"der, Cherry Crush Giddy-Up, and Maroon Lagoon Giddy-Up.

Tavo is spicing up their menu with their Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Syrup! It can be added to any of their regular drinks for a fall twist. Located in Historic Downtown Bryan, Tavo is a great option for grabbing a cup of coffee to go before exploring the antique stores downtown or visiting the Farmers' Market in Brazos Valley, open every Saturday (rain or shine) from 8AM to 12PM.

If you're looking for energy but aren't in the mood for coffee, 979 Nutrition has you covered! This local shop sells teas, shakes, and tasty treats in Historic Downtown Bryan. Unwind at Christopher's World Grille this season with one of their fall cocktail specials! There are several fall favorites to choose from, including the Maple Syrup & Black Walnut Old Fashioned, Pomegranate Cosmopolitan, Apple Pie Martini, and Salted Caramel Martini. Best of all, from 4PM to 6PM on Tuesdays through Thursdays, Chrisopher's is offering these cocktails at happy hour prices (along with select appetizers) out on the terrace.

Lonestar Meadery

The menu at this local meadery in Historic Downtown Bryan often rotates with the seasons, and this fall, they've introduced several new favorites. The Pumpkin Mead is a sweet and strong treat, great for sipping on its own or adding to coffee. Lonestar Meadery has even used it to create their own alcoholic PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte), also on the menu.

Hush & Whisper Distilling Co.

Try true grain-to-glass craft cocktails at Hush & Whisper, a local distillery in Historic Downtown Bryan. These craft spirits are milled, fermented, distilled, and bottled in Bryan, TX, using grain from local farmers in the Brazos Valley. This fall, there are 15 different signature cocktails to enjoy, including the "Fall For You" (Hush & Whisper Vodka, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, Vanilla Syrup, and Almond Orgeat) and the "Cinn-Full" (Hush & Whisper Cinnamon White Whiskey, Lemon, Maple Syrup, and Smoked Cinnamon).
