Exotik Eatz started as a food truck serving up unique dishes like deep-fried crab legs and pineapple bowls. Brian and Andre Bisor, the local Bryan brothers behind the food truck, expanded Exotik Eatz to a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2023. They're serving up the former food truck staples and have expanded the menu to include more soul food, like pork chops, fried ribs, and wings.
According to local news station KBTX, the Bisor brothers gained inspiration for their cooking from their grandmother.
"We both watched our grandmother cook for a multitude of people and it was all out of love,” Andre Bisor said. “I think when you cook out of love, you get a great response from it.”
