Bison Baby Shower Safety Guidelines
To assist in creating the safest and most enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that guests adhere to all safety guidelines.
For your safety and the well-being of the animals, please adhere to all warnings, instructions, and staff guidance. Report any concerns to staff immediately.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are not allowed at the event.
- Do not climb fences or venture out of the designated event area.
- Do not taunt, tease, harass, or harm the bison.
- Do not yell or make loud noises while at the Lucky B Bison Ranch.
Respect for the Ranch & Event Policies
- Dispose of all trash properly in clearly marked trash bins and designated disposal locations throughout the event space.
- This is an alcohol and tobacco-free event. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not permitted.
Environmental Awareness & Preparedness
- Your safety—and the safety of our staff, volunteers, and the wildlife—is our top priority.
- This event takes place on a working bison ranch, meaning the terrain is natural and ever-changing.
- Please be mindful of your surroundings at all times.
- Watch your step. Uneven, wet, or loose surfaces are common. Take caution when walking around the venue.
- Dress appropriately. We recommend wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and avoiding loose clothing.
- Prepare for the weather. Sun protection and weather-appropriate gear are encouraged.
- Free water stations will be available, and we strongly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.
- Plan for medical needs. The Lucky B Bison Ranch does not have on-site medical facilities or emergency equipment. Guests with medical conditions should bring necessary medications and take precautions.In the event of an emergency, staff will immediately call 9-1-1.
Parking & Traffic Safety
- Drive carefully and stay alert. This is an active ranch with both foot and vehicle traffic.
- Follow staff directions. Event staff will guide you to designated parking areas to ensure a smooth and organized arrival process.
- Watch for pedestrians. Many guests, including families with small children, will be walking to and from the event area.
- Any behavior that disregards these guidelines, disrupts the event, or poses potential harm to others or the animals will not be tolerated. Guests who fail to respect these policies may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
